King visits Royal Palace in Thailand

Bangkok, May 5 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa paid a visit today to the Royal Palace in the Thai capital, Bangkok, within the framework of his visit to Thailand. He was welcomed on arrival by mainly Grand Chamberlain of the Bureau of the Royal Household Dr. Chirayu Isarangkun Na Ayuthaya.
HM the King wrote in the Visitors Book. He extended heartfelt condolences to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit as well as the royal family members and the Thai government and people on the demise of late HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej who was the longest-serving monarch in the world.

HM King Hamad wrote that HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej will always be remembered in Thailand and around the world for his initiatives and dedication to eradicate poverty and boost social and economic development to promote the welfare of the Thai people and contribute to international peace and stability.
