HM King issues Decrees 24, 25, 26/2017

Manama, Apr. 5 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decrees 23, 24 and 25/2017.

First: Decree 23/2017 stipulated the amending of some provisions of the Executive Code of Law 32/2010 regarding the Statement of Disclosure of the Financial Position issued by Decree 82/2012.

Second: Decree 24/2017 stipulated the amending of some provisions of Decree 9/2007 regarding the restructuring of the Ministry of Finance by creating a directorate called “The Directorate of Public Revenue Policy”; and, cancelling the “Directorate of Economic Studies and Research”.

Third: Decree 25/2017 stipulated the restructuring of the board of trustees of Bahrain Polytechnic under the chairmanship of Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa and the following members:
1- Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Aseeri.
2- Adel Hajji Ibrahim.
3- Hassan Saleh Sulaibeekh.
4- Mohammed Ahmed Mohammed Hassan.
5- Shaikha Maram bint Isa Al Khalifa.
6- Hussain Ali Al Hussaini.
7- Aminah Ahmed Rashid Al Romaihi.
8- Dr. Sadiq Mahdi Al Alawi.
The duration of their membership will be for four years.

The Prime Minister and the ministers each according to their domain have been tasked to implement the provisions of these decrees, which will also be published in the Official Gazette.
