Bahrain-UAE parliamentary cooperation praised

Manama, Sept. 9 (BNA): Representatives Council Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al Malla stressed deep-rooted relations between Bahrain and the UAE thanks to the wise leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the UAE President Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He lauded parliamentary cooperation with the UAE Federal National Council under the presidency of Dr. Amal Al Qubaisi.
The Representatives Council Speaker was speaking as he received a delegation from the UAE Federal National Council. He praised parliamentary cooperation in all conferences as well as regional and international gatherings and keenness to exchange visits and carry out the directives of the leaderships concerning sustainable development and joint security.

The UAE delegation expressed thanks and respect to the Representatives Council Speaker, pointing out the positive outcome of their visit to Bahrain parliament and expressing keenness on further cooperation and coordination.
